Ergologie

 

The Dutch Association of Occupational Therapy has awarded the Astrid Kinébanian Price 2016 to Esther Steultjens (m) for the special contribution she made during a long period of time to the development of Occupational Therapy.

Ergologie organizes professional courses in occupational therapy for allied health professionals and organisations in the Netherlands and abroad and delivers courses, workshops and in-house training programmes on request.

Registered in the Centraal Register Kort Beroeps Onderwijs (CRKBO).

Ergologie started in 2006 as a company of Esther Steultjens (PhD).

Esther Steultjens was an associate professor in neurorehabilitation at the research group rehabilitation of the University of Applied Sciences HAN, Netherlands.

She was a certified A-ONE and PRPP teacher and was licensed to teach these courses in the Dutch language. She graduated in occupational therapy (BA) and neuropsychology (MSc).

She participated in the Network of occupational therapy researchers Nijmegen and was a member of the advisory board of the Dutch association of occupational therapy.

She was a Lecturer in the Masters programme Neuro-rehabilitation and innovation and the European Occupational therapy Master of Science programme.

Esther Steultjens passed away in 2021.
